Responsibilities
Resolve production issues by determining the cause of manufacturing defects or failures and making recommendation to correct and resolve the problems.
Initiate and manage capital equipment projects; specifying and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
Provide leadership and direction to individuals and multi-functional teams in identifying, planning and implementing Lean/Six-Sigma initiatives.
Reviewing and suggesting design, process or equipment changes.
Set up manufacturing procedures; resolving customer's complaints.
